Wushu

Wushu is both an exhibition and full-contact sport derived from traditional Chinese martial arts. The Chinese character ‘wu’ is formed from ‘stop’ and ‘feud’, while ‘shu’ means ‘art’, meaning the essence of wushu is not for fighting, but ‘the art of stopping feuds’
